Library of display components
AANA is developing a library of graphical display components for the aerospace industry based on its experience developing spacecraft displays and the research and development performed with the ACES van. The library is growing with every research and development project and some of the components are already being used in commercial aviation products:
- ILS Corridor (Instrument Landing Corridor)
- DME Arc (Distance Measuring Equipment)
- Runway Marking
- Taxiway Markings
- Heading Indicators
- Speed Indicators
The ALIB components are implemented in C/C++ using OpenGL; they are both 3D and 2D and can be delivered as code, ActiveX Controls or Dlls. The library is extensive, but not complete and if we don’t have what you are looking for, we will design and implement it to your specifications.
